Annual Membership Dues - Due in January each year

The League of Women Voters opened its membership to men during the 1970s and invites all persons 16 and over to join us. We do not support or oppose political parties or any candidates for office. We want everyone to vote so that our elected leaders represent our entire community. We are a voice for all, working to connect people directly with government. We provide and work from facts. We educate. We advocate for change.

Who Can Join The League of Women Voters?

  • Any person age 16 and over, may join the League. Associate membership is available for all others, and student memberships are currently free.
  • Joining the League of Women Voters of Indiana County helps facilitate the goals and mission of the League, confers the right to vote on select LWVIC business matters and also confers membership in the League of Women Voters of Pennsylvania and the League of Women Voters of the United States.
  • If you would like to provide a gift of membership to a friend or family member, please contact Sandy Whitson, LWVIC Membership Chair: swhitson8@comcast.net
  • Dues are $55 a year, payable to LWVIC. Student memberships are free. Checks can be mailed to Ellen Chinn, 156 Wine Avenue, Indiana. Email: lwvindianacounty@gmail.com for more information about joining the League.

Individual membership $55.00 (optional: plus Paypal fee $1.90)

Family membership $55.00 + $27.50 for each additional member (Optional: plus Paypal fee- $2.70)

You can also always make a donation to the Indiana County League. Any amount you feel able to donate will be put to good use for the local LWV of Indiana County activities. Thank you for your support!
